what I found out:
the broadcost will be on air on 9 th January (what you already know )
and it will be under the name "Konzert am Samstagabend" ("concert on saturday evening") at 20.04 o'clock at RBB (Rundfunk Berlin-Brandenburg)
Hope you can listen to it or maybe even record it! I will try to record...

According to information from the Elizabeth K. from FB: "Great news: The Bach / Telemann concert which took place in Berlin will be broadcast by Kulturradio RBB 9 January 2016, in context of the programme "Konzert am Samstagabend", This programme will begin at 20:04 UTC . It can't be found in the stations schedule yet. Save the date ! :-)"

So I think, whether she was mistaken or heard something special?

There won't be any broadcast of the concert which took place in Berlin this month. RBB obviously gave a false information.
