" WARNING · My own experience > Cancellation concerts:
If you buy tickets you may won't get your money back!

That doesn't help the future of artists and
not the future of concerts!!!

My case:
In 2019, I bought some tickets for concerts:
- Philippe Jaroussky, concert 04.07.2020
(Ticket office "Mannheimer Morgen" > eventim) and
- Valer Sabadus, concert 27.05. 2020
(Ticket office "Schwetzinger Zeitung">Manheimer Morgen > reservixx)
and more... which are still not cancelled...

In Germany, since weeks: All shops are open and reinvigorated.
But only the ticket sales offices remain closed!!!

Reason? The Ticket sales offices do not want to pay back the money?
Ticket shops of "Mannheimer Morgen"/"Schwetzinger Zeitung" stay closed since months!
> Until today: No repayment and no vouchers!
> No possibility to to make a claim.

All my calls to the ticket sales offices are unsuccessful: Delay tactics only...!

Today a stupid proposal of "Mannheimer Morgen":
Send an e-mail with a scan of the tickets and your personal banc account number
to "Mannheimer Morgen" (e-mail: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]).

But that will means:
1. You send your privat account number by e-mail. What about security? Date protection?
2. No proof of sending the e-mail > No confirmation of receipt?
3. In the end: Waiting. Waiting. Waiting of month and years?

An easy solution would have been:
Easy money back in the opened sales offices
or guaranteed vouchers for 2022 only in sale offices.
(not 2021= to early! because of second corona wave in the end of September and October 2020 !)

Sad: That is our family decision for the future:
- We will never buy tickets! We waive concerts.
(Never again: Ticket sales offices/no eventim/no reservixx and a big -No- to all sales offices)
- We only buy CD`s in the future.
- In our opinion: To buy tickets in advance means to be an idiot !!!
- By the way: What thinks sponsors about the facts?
- In the end: Angry customers don't never come back!"
- Very very bad that not only the virus destroys the future of musicians...
We hate hostility against good customers!

> It would have been better to donate the money of the tickets to the musicians.Now, the ticket centers try to keep the money?

But now very GOOD NEWS:
The next CD from Philippe Jaroussky
will be released in autumn 2020.
