I think the sentence in brackets refers to Scholl, not to Felipe.... Both countertenors will sing at the TCE again in 2014, but they won't do a concert together I fear.

The concert at the Wigmore Hall is already SOLD OUT and the Wigmore is operating on a box office returns only basis. cry

The Wigmore is one of London's smaller but highly prestigious concert halls so it's not surprising.

FURUAMERICA. Wow,I'm impressed! Just got back from driving cross country from Socal to NYC with a friend. Missed the polar vortex. It is great to see PJs itinerary expanding in the US as more people become aware of his artistry. My dream is to one day see him in Europe, on his home turf. I am going to Sonoma to see him even though LA is much closer ( saw him in 2011 at UCLA). It is a long drive but a beautiful one. What a great adventure. Have fun and BE SAFE!

I LOVE the Teatro Real 'cos I believe they hold back 30% of their tickets for non-subscription holders. inlove

(The TCE is very bad in this respect).

Any idea why booking opens for Piotr Beczala in July but we have to wait until September for Philippe?
