Artemis, I checked the wikipedia and it gives the full name of Porpora:Nicola Antonio Giacinto Porpora.
So, the interviewer was right. Maybe Porpora's full name is not much used because Antonio is Vivaldi's name?

Yea, Propora confused also me already while first listening ! Maybe the radio- lady was thinking about cleaning her flat and  "Meister Proper" ?  

Philippe´s German is there a bit....less good.....but adorable as always!

What I was saying is that the interviewer refers to NAGP as PROPORA rather than Porpora - clearly a case of verbal dyslexia (there has to be a name for that) ...
